Micro 500 TDS Meter
The Palintest Micro 500 TDS meter measures Total Dissolved Solids and temperature (°C). This sturdy meter measures up to 3 different ranges with auto-ranging capability that switches to appropriate measuring range automatically.
The measurement of total dissolved solids (TDS) is important in a number of applications – in particular industrial waters and swimming pools. The total dissolved solids concentration bears a close relationship to the conductivity of the water. TDS measurement is therefore most commonly carried out using instruments which determine the conductivity and then display the result in terms of total dissolved solids concentration.
The meter is supplied with a TDS probe, is suitable for laboratory or field use and comes in a soft carrying pouch.
The meter is capable of being calibrated independently on each measurement range. If a range is not calibrated, the meter automatically detects the closest calibration range and uses this calibration information. Palintest TDS solutions are available for checking the instrument.
