Palintest Announces New Handheld Photometers at International Pool, Spa and Patio Expo

Erlanger, KY (October 2, 2009) – Palintest, a world-leading producer of water testing products, will unveil the new Pooltest 3 and Pooltest 6 handheld photometer kits for water chemistry analysis at booth 1816 at the International Pool, Spa and Patio Expo. The show will take place from November 13-18 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.

The new ultra compact Pooltest 3 and Pooltest 6 photometers allow pool and spa owners, service technicians, pool operators and managers to maintain a high level of water quality with three or six highly accurate water chemistry tests. Both instruments utilize multiple wavelength technology and new narrow bandpass filters to ensure high accuracy and are priced lower than similar complete kits. The IP67 rated waterproof kits offer tests for alkalinity, bromine, chlorine, pH, calcium hardness and cyanuric acid. A version for extended range chlorine testing (0 – 10 ppm) is also available.

In addition to the new instruments, visitors to Palintest’s booth can also see the new compact reagent packaging system that offers convenience and extended reagent shelf life, eliminating the need to replace reagents annually. A Pooltest 3 and 6 kit will be awarded daily to registered booth visitors via a random drawing.
